Chris Doherty grew up in a small Industrial town in Cheshire, where he found drawing and TV and films far more rewarding than going out and playing football with all the other kids.
He studied Illustration with Animation at Manchester Metropolitan University, has had several of his strips published in small press and independent anthologies and has worked on various freelance Illustration jobs, storyboarding for short films and ads. Between 2007 and 2011 he completed a graphic novel called Video Nasties, a horror coming-of-age story set in the North West of England, following a boy, Evan Reilly as he tries to make a documentary for his school about some long missing students.
