Darryl Cunningham went to Leeds College of Art and has become a prolific cartoonist, sculptor and photographer since. He has also worked for long stints as a health care assistant on an acute psychiatric ward which informed and inspired the thoughts and experiences which went into Psychiatric Tales. He is also the creator of the webcomics ‘Super-Sam and John-of-the-Night‘ and ‘The Streets of San Diablo‘. He is currently working on his children’s book ‘Uncle Sam’ (due from BSB in 2011), a second ‘Psychiatric Tales’ book and his book debunking scientific naysayers and conspiracy theorists.
He lives in Yorkshire.
