After months of cloak-and-dagger secrecy, we’re so excited to announce our complete line-up and launch details for Nelson, our 54-creator, 250-page charity graphic novel project with all profits going to Shelter.
Joining the already full-to-bursting list of talents we announced earlier this year are Jack Staff‘s fabulous Paul Grist, the acclaimed Posy Simmonds of Tamara Drewe and Gemma Bovery fame, hyper-talented Alice Duke, webcomic creator Josceline Fenton, and the recently Ignatz-nominated Jon McNaught (who we actually revealed a little early a couple of months ago, so sue us). Just to add to the excitement, we can reveal that Nelson‘s official launch event will take place on the 22nd November 2011 at The Cartoon Museum in London, with the book debuting with the public a few days earlier at Leeds’ Thought Bubble Festival on the 19th and 20th November, where the majority of the artists will be signing copies for the public.
